The captain may change the course or cancel the tour to ensure passenger safety. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided. We will contact you if a cancellation is decided, so please provide a valid phone number. If the tour proceeds as scheduled, standard cancellation fees will apply even in poor weather. 5. Cancellation Criteria The tour will be canceled if any of the following conditions are met: Wind Speed: 10m/s or higher Wave Height: 1.0m+ inside the port / 1.5m+ on the course Visibility: 500m or less Other: When weather conditions are expected to deteriorate. 6.   • All seating is unassigned.
  • You cannot board the boat if you come directly to it. Please come to the Sea Sky Hakuai Reception Office in Miyakuni Hakuai Fishing Port at least 20 minutes before departure.
  • Swimwear is not allowed onboard.
  • When making an online reservation, you will be asked to enter your credit card information as prepayment.

• What to Bring

  • Seasickness varies from person to person, so we recommend taking motion sickness medication beforehand if necessary.
  • Please refrain from exposing any tattoos, including small tattoos for fashion purposes. Please wear a jacket or rash guard while inside the resort, including on the beach.
