To cancel, please use the “Check Reservation” button in your confirmation email. 【Cancellations Due to Weather or Sea Conditions】 The tour may be canceled due to strong winds, high waves, or rain. If canceled the day before, we will notify you via your registered email. If canceled on the day, we will call you directly from the on-site staff’s mobile phone.
