初めてのビーチヨガ
屋外で自然を感じながらやるヨガをやりたくて参加しました。滞在中は天候にあまり恵まれなかったなか色々とスケジュールや時間調整をして頂き、なんとか体験することができました。風も強く、途中ポツポツと雨も降ったりしましたがそれも含めて宮古島の雄大な自然を感じられるヨガになりました。砂浜でやるヨガは砂のあたたかみと柔らかさを感じられ波の音と風の音でとってもリラックスできました。ジムの中では経験できない非日常を味わえました。

サンセットヨガ
曇り空でしたが、砂浜でヨガが出来て良かったです。ダウンドックのポーズで、宮古島の海を逆さに見れるのも、砂浜ヨガならではの経験です。次は、晴天の宮古ブルーを砂浜ヨガで堪能したいです。
